The Independent Township Library serves Claflin and the surrounding areas.  The library offers a wide selection of fiction, non-fiction and DVDs for all ages.  Programs offered include Story Hour for preschoolers, a summer reading program for children, and two book clubs for adults.  Special programs and classes on a wide range of topics and for all ages are offered throughout the year. Patrons with an Independent Township Library card can access free digital media through Libby and Hoopla.  Be sure to stop in. There's free coffee every day!
